Mr. Hart is responsible for the origination of senior mortgage loans. Mr. Hart has over twenty years of experience in the finance industry, including Bank Iowa and Principal Financial Group. He received his BBA in Business Administration from the University of Iowa and also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.
