Mr. Bailey's responsibilities include investment level asset management and portfolio oversight for NCA Realty Partner’s existing investment portfolio, as well as sourcing, underwriting, and due diligence responsibilities for new investment opportunities. Cal began his career in 2014 working for Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston. After moving back to the Philadelphia area in 2018, Cal transitioned into real estate brokerage, focusing on industrial leasing and sales for both Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International. Cal then moved on to Morgan Properties where he took on the role of commercial asset manager for all of Morgan’s office, retail, mixed use, and development projects. Subsequently, Cal spent time with Sylvan Road Capital where he focused on institutional SFR underwriting and acquisitions, helping the company to grow its portfolio of four thousand homes nationally. Most recently, Cal worked for E-built LLC, a developer in Philadelphia focused on adaptive reuse multifamily investments. Cal holds a BA in History from the University of New Hampshire and a MS in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
